In this particular case the home owner was advised by another tree service the only way to prune the tree was via bucket truck and with the limited access that wasn’t a possibility.
We use all the latest gear and non harmful (spike less) climbing techniques that allow us to access tight and otherwise dangerous canopies that bucket trucks CAN’T.
